Cystic teratoma secondary caused middle lobe Syndrome

Abstract
|

|
This is a report of a rare case of cystic teratoma in the middle medias! tinum secondary caused right middle lobe syndrome and perforated into the main bronchus of the right middle lobe in a 29 year old female, who had been complaining chiefly of cough and bloody sputum for 2 years and treated under the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
Postoperative course of this patient is uneventful. Review and discussion of literature are also submitted.
